Who we are

AdultWebStudio is the adult-industry web design and SEO division of Visible Online, based in Belgium. For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@adultwebstudio.com. Visible Online is the data controller for this website.

What we collect

• What you send us: when you use our contact form, email or WhatsApp, we receive the name (or working name), email address, business type, and any message you provide.
• Analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect anonymised usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) via Google Analytics 4.
• Approximate location: to show prices in your local currency, your IP address is checked once against a geolocation service (ipapi.co). We do not store your IP.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, scope and deliver work you ask for, and improve the website. We never sell your data, and we never publish client names or details without your written consent.

Cookies and consent

The site works without any tracking cookies. Analytics cookies only load if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, using Google Consent Mode. You can decline with no loss of functionality. A small amount of local storage is used to remember your age confirmation, cookie choice and currency, which is not shared with anyone.

Who processes your data

• Formspree handles contact-form submissions and forwards them to us.
• Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website.
• Google (Fonts and, with consent, Analytics) and ipapi.co (currency geolocation).

Some of these providers are based outside the EU. Transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@adultwebstudio.com and we will respond promptly. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law, then delete it.
